Education and courses

For the use of the FeedExpert software, we offer a compact and company-specific two-day course: “Practical Feeding”. This course can be attended at the practical training centre of PTC+ in Oenkerk, the Netherlands. This course is mainly geared towards mixed feed and cattle feed information officers and brokers in mixed feed and mineral feeds.

Livestock industry

PTC+ is the number 1 in Europe for the education and practical training in the area of cattle feed. PTC+ is an independent practical institute with multiple companies, all of whom are specialised in a specific area of the livestock industry. The course can be completed at various levels, from general to scientific.

Goal of the course

This course offers the target group the possibility to deepen their understanding of the feeding of milk-producing animals. After completing the course, you are able to assess the quality of raw feed at hand and you learn to compose balanced rations. You will be able to distinguish ration deviations in the stable and you know how the basis of the rations can be modified.
